Natural Handpicked Sea Salt from the Greek Island of Crete.

This Salt is the top layer that forms on the surface of the sea water under the heat of the sun, completely naturally  in rock crevasses by the coast. A thin layer of salt crust is manually skimmed off the surface. It then goes through a drying period under the bright Cretan sun and carefully looked through for any unwanted sea materials. Because of the limited production capacity, this salt is exclusive, finest of all salts and is characterized by its refined taste, soft texture and high calcium and magnesium content.
This Salt is a 100% natural sea salt with no additives. Some minor harmless inert particles  may still remain in the salt.

This salt is very flaky, containing no hard crystal. The proper use of this salt is to just twist it in your fingers. No grinder is needed.
